A Halifax native, Greg was admitted to the
Bar in 1983. His primary areas of practice include corporate and
commercial law, commercial and residential real estate conveyancing,
condominium development and estate
planning, wills and probate.
Greg has acted for numerous lawyers on
conflict of interest matters as well as on behalf of other practitioners
and accounting firms in connection with commercial transactions, professional
incorporation (medical, legal,
veterinary, accounting) and the establishment of discretionary trusts, as well
as corporate restructuring and
financial planning for both companies and individuals throughout the Province
of Nova Scotia.
Outside of the practice of law, Greg is a
tireless volunteer who shares his time and talent with a number of
organizations and not for profits at both at the local and national
level.
